deanDean Ipaviz

Born and raised on Melbourne’s picturesque Mornington Peninsula by hard working blue collar Italian migrants, Dean is more than just your typical 30 yr old hard working Aussie builder. A qualified carpenter by trade, he also has solid building experience and is a qualified Project and Site Manager.
Having been dealt his share of hard knocks along the way, Dean’s approach to life is anything but typical.  Rather he’s used his experience, drawing on them to ensure he remains hardworking, and driven to face the challenges of everyday life.
The quintessential Aussie bloke, he’s relaxed and comfortable in his own skin, sports mad and with a love of the beach lifestyle that Australia is famous for. Yet he’s passionate about living a sustainable life; he practices the art of mindfulness, meditates regularly and maintains a positive outlook on life.
An environmentalist, animal lover, vegetarian, and self confessed dreamer, Dean’s focus is on educating people around greener building principles; helping them understand that by taking active steps to reduce their carbon footprint, they can have a significant and positive impact on the environment. He is intent on re-introducing the three R’s (reduce re use, recycle) back into new builds and renovations and making “green building principles” more accessible.

He has a love of second hand furniture and spends much of his spare time upcycling old pieces he finds on the streets of Bondi, turning them into functional works of art. He one day hopes to turn this creative outlet into a viable business and run it as a pop up store in his beloved adopted home of Bondi.
He’s also an aspiring musician, and when he’s not building, can often be found exploring Sydney’s open mic circuit both on stage or front and centre enjoying the show. Dean is available for all types of media and PR opportunities; and TV presenting.

Director and Co-Founder of

Having worked for a host of corporate powerhouses such as Westpac, QBE Insurance and Deloitte, not to mention studying at the prestigious McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University (attended by Bill Clinton), Marcus Lim has quite the CV for someone only 26 years old. And now Marcus can add “Co-Founder of” to the list, after starting the online service company that hosts over 45,000 local service businesses, with Co-Founder, Adam Dong.

After meeting Adam at university while studying commerce and economics, it became clear that they were both destined to be entrepreneurs. The combination of Marcus’s extensive business knowledge and experience, and Adam with his online expertise, then provided the inspiration for will be a success because it is customer-centric and innovative. It empowers consumers by providing choice, variety and transparency in the service industry,” says Marcus.

Marcus’s role at now centres on developing and ensuring that all strategic initiatives are going according to plan. Whether it’s writing business plans, finding talented staff or pitching to potential investors, Marcus is in control of all these aspects of the business.

Although Marcus has gained an impressive amount of experience in a relatively short time, he is aware of his limitations and is always seeking business ideas and inspiration from others, “I know that I am relatively young and the online space is one that evolves so quickly. The best way to tackle this is to seek out information – I do a lot of reading and meet with other business people to understand their perspectives and wisdom.”

Away from, the former cable boarding instructor also enjoys tennis and golf. Adam also follows the technological entrepreneurial space closely and it’s his dream to visit Silicon Valley and the Google head office in Mountain View.
